Young serves as General Counsel of Prospera, where she leads the company’s legal and regulatory strategy and provides counsel across its market-based solutions, strategic partnerships, and business operations. She works closely with Prospera’s leadership team to support responsible growth and navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape.

Young also serves as legal counsel to Origami Capital Partners, where she manages the firm’s legal operations, investment execution and other legal matters at the firm and its portfolio companies.

Prior to Origami, Young practiced in the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate and securities matters.

Young holds a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Boston College and a JD, magna cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
