Will leads technology and operations across Prospera and its affiliated holding companies, IFS and Centurion, where he aligns the platform's operating model to support continued growth. Will joins Prospera from Charles Schwab, where he spent 10 years, most recently as Managing Director of Strategy and Transformation. He led the design and implementation of the firm's technology operating model and directed the integration office responsible for absorbing the TD Ameritrade acquisition. Earlier in his career, he held consulting and leadership roles in technology transformation, large-scale system implementation, and business process improvement across global organizations including Visa and British Petroleum.

Will holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Baylor University and undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University.
