Matt serves as CEO of Prospera, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth as it expands market-based solutions within the settlement industry. He brings deep experience in investing, financial services, and building businesses for long-term growth.

Matt is also an Operating Partner with Origami Capital Partners, where he works across portfolio companies to strengthen operations, identify growth opportunities, and create long-term enterprise value. Prior to Origami, Matt was a Vice President at Lone Star Funds, where he evaluated and executed corporate acquisitions and special situation investments. Earlier in his career, he was part of Siguler Guff & Co.’s emerging markets investment team, focused on private equity investments and direct co-investments.

Matt holds a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
